Returning goods shipped from the USA can be expensive. For this reason you must be certain that you are ordering the correct item or part for your motorcycle. We will assist where ever possible with the verification of the correct part number and/or the correct sizes of garments etc.

If there is a need to return items for whatever reason because of no fault of our supplier, shipping costs will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping is at your expense. Most of our suppliers also charge a 20% surcharge for returns, you will be notified of any return costs prior to your items being ordered. If requested a refund will be provided minus any surcharges incurred.

It is up to you to insure your items for damage during shipment if you feel it necessary, we guarantee shipment but this does not cover accidental damage.

However, if our supplier has incorrectly shipped your item, EG: shipped the wrong part number, we will cover all shipping costs and gladly refund all monies payed.

There are no grey areas with returns, either it is the fault of us and/or our supplier or it is not.
